Atelier LEK heeft het lichtplan gemaakt voor het Hoofdkantoor van Randstad te Diemen. Op basis van het ontwerp van team QWA - OTH is samen een intergraal lichtplan ontworpen voor 11 verdiepingen kantoren, waarbij de traditionele indeling van een cellenkantoor wordt opgebroken en opnieuw ingedeel als kantoortuin zodat hier "het nieuwe werken" plaats kan gaan vinden.
Door deze tranformatie van het interieur wordt het gebouw, dat al 25 jaar dient als hoofdkantoor van Randstad, klaar gemaakt om de komende 40 jaar als hoofdkantoor te blijven dienen. Delen van het interieur worden hergebruikt, andere delen worden volledig nieuw uitgevoerd. De verlichting is zo ontworpen dat er, ondanks de open ruimte en in elkaar overlopende functies, een intuitief onderscheid is tussen de plekken. In het proces is daartoe nauw samegewerkt met het ontwerpteam QWA-OTH om de verlichting een integraal onderdeel te maken van het interieurontwerp.
Met Solutionlab is het plan technisch uitgewerkt en voor uitvoering draagt Terberg zorg. Het proejct wordt georganisserd door Randstad in samenwerking met CBRE.
Atelier LEK designed the interior lightingplan for the head office of Randstad in Amsterdam. Based on the interior design by team QWA - OTH we created an integral lightingplan for the 11-storey office. The interior design consits of a transformation of the traditional layout of a cellular office to a officegarden. Through this transformation of the interior of the building, which for 25 years has served as the headquarters of Randstad, is made ready to serve the next 25 years as head office.
Inside parts are reused, other parts are completely new. The lighting is designed in a way that, despite the open space an intuitive distinction between the different areas and functions is made.
During the process we closely worked with the designteam QWA-OTH to design the lighting as an integral part of the interior design. Solutionlab designed the installations and Terberg is responsible for installing the lighting. The proejct is led by Randstad in collaboration with CBRE.
